What we see, what we keep.

Privacy information for naive-labs.com. The site is intentionally small: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party fonts, and no embedded third-party widgets.

Short version: the site itself stores no cookies and runs no analytics. Cloudflare Pages processes technical request data to deliver and protect the site. If you write an email, the message is processed so it can be answered.

02 / Hosting

Cloudflare Pages.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data required to deliver the page, maintain availability, and protect the service from abuse.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in publishing a secure and reliable website. Cloudflare may process data through its global network, including outside the EU, using the safeguards described in Cloudflare's data protection terms.

03 / Cookies

Cookies and local storage.

The site itself does not set cookies and does not write to local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB. A cookie banner is not used because the site does not use non-essential cookies or tracking.

If Cloudflare security features are triggered, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from abusive traffic. These are not used by naive-labs for analytics or advertising.

04 / Analytics

No analytics or tracking.

naive-labs uses no Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, heatmaps, session replay, newsletter pixels, or comparable tracking tools.

05 / Email

Email contact.

If you write to lab@naive-labs.com, your email address, message content, metadata, and any voluntary information you include are processed to read and answer the message.

Incoming mail is received through Cloudflare Email Routing, processed by a Cloudflare Worker, and stored in Cloudflare R2 so it can be reviewed and handled through the existing local workflow.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR when the message concerns a possible collaboration or similar pre-contractual contact, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the legitimate interest in answering correspondence. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and any relevant retention duties.

06 / Assets

Fonts, scripts, and media.

The published page uses system fonts and local media files. It does not load Google Fonts, external scripts, iframes, maps, video embeds, or social-media widgets.

07 / Rights

Your rights.

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, write to lab@naive-labs.com. The competent authority depends on the final service address and will be checked once the address is inserted.
